These terms explain how our services work, how payments are handled, and what you can expect from us.

These terms apply to services provided by KAB Group LTD (company number 16964841).

Our services

We provide wheelie bin cleaning services on a subscription basis, as well as ad-hoc pressure washing and related exterior cleaning services.

Services may be updated or expanded over time. Any material changes will be communicated where relevant.

Subscriptions and payments

Wheelie bin cleaning is provided as a monthly subscription and is paid by Direct Debit via GoCardless.

  • Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance
  • If you join part way through a month, your first payment may be pro-rated
  • Direct Debit payments are handled securely by GoCardless
  • We do not store your bank details

Ad-hoc services such as pressure washing are charged separately and may use different payment arrangements, which will be agreed with you in advance.

Service delivery and missed cleans

It is your responsibility to ensure bins are presented and accessible on the scheduled service day.

If a service cannot be completed due to bins not being presented, blocked access, or other issues within your control, the clean will be treated as missed and no refund or reattempt will be provided.

Weather and rescheduling

Occasionally, services may be delayed due to weather conditions, vehicle issues, or staff availability.

Where this happens, we will aim to reschedule the service. No refund is due provided the service is completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellations

Subscription services require one month’s notice to cancel.

Cancellation requests must be made by email to info@kabgroup.co.uk.

Once notice has been given, your subscription will continue until the end of the notice period.

Photos and evidence

We may take photos of bins or properties before and after service for quality control, service confirmation, or to resolve issues or disputes.

Photos will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent.

Damage and liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by factors outside our control.

Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the cost of the affected service.

Geographic scope

Our services are provided within the United Kingdom only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
