CHNGE Life and BARR Life are products and brands under KAB Group Ltd. The company brings together their ownership, business direction, operational administration, commercial decisions and governance.

That means deciding where to invest time and effort, managing administration and considering the costs of developing and running the products. We balance product quality and user value with what it takes to maintain them.

We remain accountable for those decisions as the products develop. CHNGE is live and improving; BARR is still in development. We keep those stages clear as the work progresses.

The starting point was the difficulty many young people face when trying to gain meaningful experience. KAB was conceived as something real: a working business where responsibility, customer service, problem-solving and commercial understanding could be learned in practice.

The first operating idea was a local bin-cleaning service. Revenue was modest, and the principal personal objective was achieved. The service later closed; KAB Group Ltd continues.

From the outset, the aim was not to rely on handwritten records, manual payment chasing and constant administration. Barry designed and built the digital infrastructure behind the operation, including customer onboarding, recurring payments, service-zone logic, route-based scheduling, administration and automated communications.

That working system became KAB's first completed product. It proved that practical operational experience could be turned into structured digital infrastructure and showed a wider direction for the company.

Running the service meant working through pricing, recurring payments, service capacity, costs and administration. It also meant deciding whether an activity created enough value to justify the time and effort involved.

Those lessons now inform how we develop CHNGE and BARR. KAB Group Ltd continues as the company responsible for the products and the business decisions around them.

CHNGE Life is our live, web-based career workspace, in active development. Its application-document output has been reviewed and accepted in testing, while opportunity discovery remains an area of improvement.

BARR Life is in development for iOS and Android. It is intended to bring daily direction, commitments, wellbeing, food and movement into one coherent experience. Its Intelligence integration is not yet complete.
